Amwaj Development announced the handover of Starlight Park in Meydan during the first week of October, its first completed project in Dubai, Gulf News reported.
Located in District 11, the community comprises 172 apartments spread across four B+G+5+Roof buildings, offering one‑, two‑ and three‑bedroom units. Amenities include rooftop pools, an outdoor cinema, fitness and yoga studios, paddle tennis courts, children’s play areas and an indoor kids’ club.
Founder and Chairman Emad Saleh said the project “will always hold a special place in Amwaj’s journey because it was our first project… Completing the project on time is a meaningful milestone for our team and, most importantly, for the people who chose to call Starlight Park home.” Co‑Founder and CEO Murad Saleh added that delivery tests a development’s vision and praised the discipline behind the schedule.
