President Donald Trump presented six leading technology pioneers with the United States’ highest scientific and technological honors at the New Golden Age Summit on Thursday, Gulf News reported.

Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, and Michael Dell, founder of Dell Technologies, received the National Medal of Technology and Innovation. Elon Musk, founder of SpaceX, Sergey Brin, co‑founder of Google, Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia, and Lisa Su, CEO of AMD, were each awarded the National Medal of Science.

Trump praised Nadella for “transforming Microsoft” and positioning the company at the forefront of artificial intelligence, adding that Nadella’s vision made Microsoft an early leader in “super intelligence.” He called Musk “our modern day Thomas Edison” and a “national treasure,” highlighting SpaceX’s reusable rockets and Starlink network. Brin was recognized for algorithms that changed information access, while Huang was lauded for graphics processing technology that powers global AI infrastructure. Su was honored for contributions to semiconductor engineering and high‑performance computing.

The ceremony gathered figures from AI, semiconductor, cloud computing and space sectors, underscoring the administration’s emphasis on technological leadership.
