Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant held a "Sarkar Tumchya Dari" grievance‑redressal session at the Borimol Sports Complex in Quepem on Oct 10, 2026, under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan.
Citizens received first‑come, first‑served appointments to raise issues such as electricity, water connections, housing, forest matters and roads. Officials from multiple departments were present to examine the complaints on the spot.
Sawant said nearly 80 % of the raised issues should have been resolved by the concerned officials at their own level. He directed them to clear routine and long‑pending matters without delay and warned that officials who trouble citizens over flimsy grounds could face suspension.
The event was attended by Minister Subhash Phal Dessai, MLA Nilesh Cabral and former Deputy Chief Minister Babu Kavlekar, among other officials.
