Canva has appointed Learning Curve as its first locally based Canva Partner in Africa, giving businesses, enterprises and universities on the continent access to the platform with on‑the‑ground implementation, training and support, according to bizcommunity.com.
The partnership, announced on 6 Oct 2026, will see Learning Curve deliver Canva Business, Canva Enterprise and Canva Campus across Sub‑Saharan Africa. Canva Business combines content creation, collaboration and brand management for growing organisations; Canva Enterprise adds security, governance and brand controls for larger teams; Canva Campus supports higher‑education institutions in teaching, research communication and student engagement.
Learning Curve CEO Glen Lumley said that simply purchasing a new platform does not guarantee productivity. “The real value comes from selecting the right solution for the problem, integrating it into the way people work and giving teams the confidence and skills to use it properly,” Lumley told bizcommunity.com. He added that AI‑enabled design tools are accelerating adoption but also raising governance challenges.
Lumley noted that employees across departments are increasingly producing presentations, proposals, reports and social content, creating opportunities for faster communication but also risks of duplicated work and inconsistent branding if technology, skills and workflows are not aligned.
