HumanTruth Agency was launched on 2 October 2026, consolidating the former FCB Africa unit of Nahana Communications Group with boutique media firm Meta Media. The agency is led by managing director Thumiso Masoha, who said the launch marks “Day One of HumanTruth – an agency built for the future of the African marketing industry.”
What happened
The formation brings together FCB Africa’s creative and brand‑building capabilities with Meta Media’s expertise in media planning, data and behavioural intelligence. HumanTruth will operate as a full‑service, performance‑driven marketing business, offering integrated strategy, creative production, media planning and buying, and technology solutions to South African brands.
What was said
Masoha explained that the agency will treat “humans as the operating system” and aim to shift the value of work from deliverables to deeper brand‑human relationships. Thabang Skwambane, CEO of Nahana Communications Group, called the launch “a momentous occasion” marking the end of a 100‑year legacy for FCB Africa and the start of a new era for African marketing.
