Gulf News reported that Hazza Zaal, CEO of Al Barari and founder of Elemental Developments, has launched Elemental 78, a completed boutique residential development in Jumeirah Garden City, Dubai. The project offers one‑, two‑ and three‑bedroom apartments with nature‑led design, climbing greenery and mature planting throughout the building.
Resort‑style amenities include a rooftop swimming pool with private cabanas, a miniature garden, a viewing deck, a dedicated yoga space, a Technogym‑equipped gym, landscaped lounges, a koi pond and indoor and outdoor children’s play areas. A family barbecue area with digital screens and cooling provisions is also provided.
Located about nine minutes from City Walk, five minutes from J1 Beach and Downtown Dubai, and 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport, the development is positioned as a central yet retreat‑like home. Zaal told Gulf News, “As cities grow, access to nature becomes increasingly important to how people live and feel… the ambition is to carry the philosophy behind Al Barari into the city.” He added that the connectivity of Jumeirah Garden City “offers a central location… with a sense of retreat at home.”
