% Arabica, the Japan‑based specialty coffee chain, opened its first Vancouver‑proper location inside Oakridge Park on Oct. 17, 2026. The outlet is the brand’s eighth in Canada and the 247th globally. The cafe’s Instagram announced, “Hello Vancouver! Your new store has arrived.”

Architecturally, Arabica describes the design as featuring illuminated overlapping oak rings, sequential wooden ribs, and framed cut‑outs that allow visitors to watch baristas from multiple angles. The curved forms are intended to dialogue with the mall’s original fluted column capitals and fluid atrium sculptures.

The menu includes classic items such as the Kyoto latte and matcha drinks. Arabica Oakridge Park joins other food and drink venues in the mall, including Time Out Market Vancouver and the upcoming Hello Nori.
