On October 3, 2026, the city of Nashville will welcome a new kind of tourist attraction: the Pikmin Bloom MINI WALK. This free, open‑to‑all event invites residents and visitors to stroll through the heart of downtown Nashville, discovering interactive “Special Spots” that celebrate the city’s music, culture, and culinary scene. The walk is part of Pikmin Bloom’s global partnership with local festivals, and it will run from 10:00 a.m. Central Time until November 1, 6:00 p.m. Central Time, giving participants a full month to explore and collect rewards.
What to Expect on the MINI WALK
The event will be centered in the Walk of Fame Park, a popular gathering place on Broadway. A dedicated pop‑up tent will house an augmented‑reality (AR) photo booth on October 3, 4, 31, and November 1, allowing walkers to capture memories with Pikmin characters in front of iconic Nashville backdrops. While the tent will be open only on those dates, the Special Spots themselves will remain active throughout the entire event window, so participants can visit at any time to earn in‑app rewards.
Seven Special Spots will be scattered throughout downtown, each tied to a unique piece of the city’s heritage. By walking to a spot, users will receive a Gold Seedling—a collectible that can be used to decorate their Pikmin in the game. Each spot can be claimed once every 14 days, meaning a dedicated walker can harvest up to four Gold Seedlings from a single location before the next cycle begins.
How to Earn Rewards
To collect a Gold Seedling, simply open the Pikmin Bloom app, locate the nearest Special Spot on the map, and follow the on‑screen instructions. The app will guide you to the exact spot and confirm your presence via GPS. Once verified, a Gold Seedling will appear in your inventory, ready to be used for in‑app decorations.
In addition to the standard Gold Seedlings, a special Spot Challenge is available near the Music City Heroes sculpture. Participants who plant 1,000 virtual flowers as part of this mission will unlock a limited‑edition postcard featuring the sculpture and a Pikmin illustration. This challenge encourages repeated visits and adds a competitive element to the walk.
Why Nashville is the Perfect Backdrop
Nashville’s downtown is a vibrant tapestry of music venues, historic sites, and culinary delights. From the electric energy of Broadway’s neon lights to the tranquil views along the Cumberland Riverfront, the city offers a dynamic environment that complements the playful nature of Pikmin Bloom. The partnership with the Downtown Nashville Partnership ensures that the walk will showcase the city’s best attractions while promoting local businesses and cultural landmarks.
Participants will not only enjoy the game’s rewards but also experience the city’s unique atmosphere. The walk encourages exploration of hidden corners, street performers, and local eateries, turning a simple stroll into a cultural adventure.
