Rockstar Games revealed the roster of DJs for the radio stations in Grand Theft Auto VI, slated for release on November 19, 2026. Bad Bunny, Lana Del Rey, Robyn, Burna Boy, Jeremy Dufrene and several other artists will host in‑game stations, Pitchfork and Rolling Stone reported.
What happened
During a press briefing on October 8, 2026, Rockstar announced the names of the virtual radio personalities. The line‑up includes Cocoteo FM, a modern Latin station hosted by Bad Bunny and Puerto Rican singer‑songwriter RaiNao; AfroBank FM, featuring Burna Boy and Palms Trax; Chamber 106.6, with Slayer members Kerry King and Tom Araya; Flash FM, led by Robyn and model Alex Consani; Dirty South Classics, hosted by Trick Daddy and Trina; and Back Country Radio, presented by Morgan Wallen, Lana Del Rey and Del Rey’s husband Jeremy Dufrene.
What the reports add
Pitchfork listed the stations and their hosts, noting that Cocoteo FM will showcase modern Latin music and that Back Country Radio will focus on “renegade country.” Rolling Stone added character names for the virtual avatars: Bad Bunny and RaiNao will appear as El Martillo and La Gata, while Del Rey and Wallen will be MW and Delta Dawne. Rolling Stone also described Dufrene’s role as “Mud Dog Mike,” a roving reporter and swamp meteorologist on Back Country Radio.
What was said
RaiNao told Pitchfork, “Cocoteo gets our vibe, our slang, our taste, our pride, our experiences, and all our crazy antics.” Del Rey told Rolling Stone, “One of the coolest things about this is the fact that the first time some of our family got to LA they actually knew the roads because of playing the game.”
How it came about
The announcement follows months of speculation about GTA VI’s soundtrack. Rockstar has previously highlighted the series’ radio tradition, and the inclusion of high‑profile musicians reflects a broader trend of video‑game collaborations with mainstream artists. Felo previously covered Lana Del Rey’s music projects, including her September 14, 2026 collaboration with Zach Bryan (see article).
