Bell Media confirmed on Oct. 1 that Erin Davis will officially co‑host MOVE 103.5’s morning program "Drew and Erin in the Morning" from 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Daily Hive reported.
What happened
The station announced the hosting change on Thursday, Oct. 1, following the June departure of longtime co‑host Nat Hunter, who moved back to Ontario for family reasons and a new role within Bell Media.
What the reports add
Daily Hive noted that Davis, who has been the show’s producer and third‑hour host for several years, accepted the role on air, smiling and replying, “Yes, please.” The outlet also recounted the show’s history: Drew Savage and Nat Hunter launched "The Nat & Drew Show" on Z95.3 in the early 2000s, moved to QMFM in 2014, and rebranded as MOVE in 2020.
What was said
“Pinch me, because this is sincerely a dream come true,” Davis said in a release, adding that she looks forward to continuing mornings with "my close friend and radio legend" Drew Savage. Savage thanked Hunter in a video, saying she “left the show, moved home to Ontario to be with family and to start a great new job opportunity within our company.”
How it came about
After Hunter’s June exit, listeners asked about the show’s future. Savage explained that the decision to bring Davis on as co‑host became clear over the following weeks, culminating in the official announcement on Oct. 1.
