Discord announced on September 30 that it is expanding its advertising suite with two new offerings. The Discord Ads Manager lets advertisers plan, forecast and monitor campaigns in one place, while the upgraded Video Quests Reserve provides a premium, reservation‑based video ad format.
According to the company, the Ads Manager currently serves select advertisers, and a self‑service version will become available in early 2027, opening the platform to smaller studios and marketers without a direct sales relationship. The tool supports objective‑based bidding and will soon include additional tracking objectives.
Discord also said the Video Quests Reserve will allow advertisers to deliver high‑impact brand moments, offering a scalable, always‑on way to drive impressions and clicks. The format, previously tested in browsers, is now being extended to mobile apps.
