According to newindianexpress.com, the Central Bureau of Investigation filed a supplementary chargesheet on Wednesday against a 14th accused in the NEET‑UG 2026 paper‑leak case before a Delhi court. The document names Sheshrav Bajrang Suryawanshi, also known as Raj Suryawanshi, a resident of Nanded, Maharashtra, as a close associate of co‑accused Shubham Khairnar.
The agency alleges Suryawanshi collected money from candidates’ families after providing the leaked examination paper at a location in Nanded, retaining original certificates and identity cards as collateral. He was arrested on September 2. Special Judge Ajay Gupta ordered the chargesheet copy be served to Suryawanshi’s counsel and scheduled further proceedings for Thursday.
The CBI’s investigation, which began with arrests on May 13 in Rajasthan, has since spanned Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Haryana, including earlier arrests of Mangilal, Dinesh and Vikas Biwal, Yash Yadav in Gurugram and Khairnar in Nashik.
