Actor Akshaye Vinod Khanna has purchased a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s sought‑after Malabar Hill for ₹33.26 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards from Maharashtra’s Inspector General of Registration records. The transaction was registered in September 2026 and attracted a stamp duty of ₹1.99 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000.

The apartment covers a carpet area of 2,341.39 sq ft, with an additional 175.45 sq ft of balcony space, bringing the total area to 2,516.84 sq ft. It also includes three parking units. Khanna, whose career spans several decades and includes roles in films such as Hulchul, Race and Dhurandhar, could not be reached for comment on the purchase.
