Sanju Samson struck 56 from 23 balls, including six fours and four sixes, in India's fourth T20I against West Indies in Hyderabad on Wednesday, Gulf News reported.
The knock took his T20I six tally to 102, making him the sixth Indian to pass the 100‑six mark alongside Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav, Hardik Pandya and Abhishek Sharma. He also matched his personal fastest fifty, achieved previously against Afghanistan in September.
Despite the burst, India could not chase the 248‑run target set by West Indies. Samson was dismissed by Keemo Paul, and West Indies won by 24 runs, leveling the five‑match series 2‑2 and setting up a decider in Bengaluru on Saturday. For more on Samson's recent milestones, see his six in Ranchi.
