In Kharkiv, a 71‑year‑old woman and a 58‑year‑old man were killed and 12 people wounded across three districts, according to Governor Oleh Syniehubov. Two deaths were reported in Kramatorsk, a frontline city in Donetsk region, and another two in Dnipropetrovsk region. A drone strike on a food‑processing plant in Volyn killed one person and wounded eight, said Governor Roman Romaniuk. In Rivne, drones hit a major shopping centre, killing one and wounding seven, according to regional governor Oleksandr Koval. A shopping centre in Sumy near the front line was also struck.

The Ministry of Energy said repair crews restored power to more than a million people who lost electricity on Friday. In Volyn, about 370,000 households lost power, with supply restored to at least 100,000 of them; the blackout in the regional capital Lutsk could last at least 24 hours, mayor Andriy Razumovskyi said. Large parts of Rivne also remained without power.
