On Saturday, MOP Vaishnav College for Women in Chennai hosted the 20th edition of "Bustle," a corporate quizzing competition that brought together 40 teams from cities including Andaman, Bengaluru, Delhi and Kolkata.

The event was organised by the MBA program under principal Archna Prasad. First‑year MBA students handled all aspects of the event, from securing sponsorships to managing registrations, according to director Ramya Raman, who noted that the students joined the program only in September, giving them roughly a month to prepare.

Corporate sponsors such as IIM Calcutta, Indian Railways, Cognizant, Zoho, Randstad, Standard Chartered and Sutherland were represented, alongside an Indian High Court lawyer. Malaysian quizmaster Movin Miranda conducted three rounds – preliminaries, semi‑finals and finals – testing participants on business, science, brand histories and unexpected links between everyday objects and industry.

The audience engaged with interactive questions throughout, and prizes were awarded for correct answers. The winning team, "Ignorance Is Bliss," comprised Jayakanth R and Naveen Kumar.
