Mike Tyson alleges Supreme breached contract over Palestinian flag hoodie

Tyson's counsel says Supreme changed the approved artwork, prompting a breach-of-contract claim.

Mike Tyson’s legal team has accused streetwear brand Supreme of breaching their contract for a collaborative hoodie with designer Martine Rose, alleging the company added a Palestinian flag to the design without permission.

The hoodie, featuring a vintage Tyson graphic originally paired with an Israeli flag, was announced on Monday and quickly pulled after the flag change was spotted. Images were removed from Supreme’s promotional material and the item is absent from the current drop.

Mitchell Schuster of Meister Seelig & Schuster told Rolling Stone, “Without authorization, Supreme altered the approved design, embroiling Mr. Tyson in an unrelated political crisis. This modification constitutes a material breach of contract.” Supreme did not respond to requests for comment.
