Former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson told Andy Cohen’s SiriusXM show Radio Andy that Sean “Diddy” Combs asked him to deliver a letter to U.S. President Donald Trump while Combs is serving a 50‑month prison term.

Tyson said he spoke with Combs by phone after the rapper’s incarceration and was instructed to give the letter to the president. When asked if he actually handed it over, Tyson replied, “I did what he told me to do, yes.” He did not reveal what the letter said or whether Trump responded.

Tyson made the comments while promoting his upcoming Netflix documentary and affirmed he remains friendly with the music mogul.
