The Delhi High Court on Thursday said it would pass an interim order in a lawsuit filed by actor and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut, who wants AI‑generated obscene material about her removed from the internet. Justice Vikas Mahajan issued summons to the defendants, according to PTI. Ranaut’s counsel listed sexual and pornographic content, fake news and AI‑generated posts that attribute false statements to her, while drawing a line around memes and other satire, which are not being pursued at this stage. The court also issued summons in a separate personality‑rights suit by Telugu star Vijay Deverakonda, alleging commercial exploitation of his persona and AI‑generated impersonations.
