Tottenham Hotspur forward Xavi Simons announced on LinkedIn that he has been accepted onto the Crossover Into Business programme at Harvard Business School, an online course designed for professional athletes studying alongside MBA students. Simons wrote that he is using his recovery time from an ACL injury to "keep learning and improving away from the pitch" and to understand the business side of football. He said he has spent recent weeks on both the East and West coasts of the United States, meeting with the Boston Celtics and Boston Bruins, and that the experience has given him new ideas. The programme runs remotely, allowing Simons to continue his rehabilitation while studying.
