Bleacher Report published early point‑per‑reception (PPR) rankings for Week 4 of the 2026 NFL season, noting that the Indianapolis Colts and Washington Commanders will meet in an international game on Sunday.

What happened

The outlet listed the top four quarterbacks—Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, Joe Burrow and Trevor Lawrence—followed by Jalen Hurts, Patrick Mahomes, Tyler Shough, Brock Purdy, Jared Goff, Bryce Young, Matthew Stafford, and Dak Prescott. It also identified Geno Smith of the New York Jets as a sleeper, citing his 321‑yard, three‑touchdown performance against the Detroit Lions in Week 3.

What the reports add

Bleacher Report notes that Smith is rostered in only 10 % of fantasy leagues and may see increased usage against the Chicago Bears, who demonstrated scoring ability without Caleb Williams.

What was said

“Smith threw for 321 yards and three touchdowns,” the article reported, adding that his ceiling is limited but he remains a serviceable option for managers dealing with injuries to Jaxson Dart, Jayden Daniels or Caleb Williams.

How it came about

The rankings follow a series of Bleacher Report fantasy guides covering Weeks 1‑3, which highlighted early‑season injuries and shifting trade values, and set the stage for managers to adjust lineups before the upcoming international matchup.
