Mauritius‑based insurer Swan announced that its technology transformation went live on SSP’s Pure platform on 5 Oct 2026, just over seven months after the project started. The initial rollout, described as Phase One, includes policy administration, claims management, reinsurance and document generation for part of the company’s portfolio, while Phase Two is already under way.
According to the announcement, the programme was not a simple like‑for‑like replacement but an opportunity to simplify and modernise operations. Success criteria were set before delivery and covered functional capability, operational efficiency, user adoption, integration, reporting, security and overall delivery quality, with particular emphasis on accuracy, governance and operational visibility.
