Supreme has entered a non‑exclusive agreement with New York City’s Tourism + Conventions arm to sell apparel bearing city‑owned trademarks, the New York Post reported on Oct. 3.

The contract allows the brand to use marks like “Made in NY” and “NYPD” on shirts, zip‑up DSNY hoodies and FDNY caps sold through 2028. Supreme will remit 6% of net profits from those items and a lump‑sum payment of $22,000, with an option for the city to extend the pact to 2030.

Items have already appeared in Supreme’s Bowery flagship, where a shopper from the Department of Design and Construction said, “People want to represent New York.” A retail employee noted the partnership could be lucrative, while a NYC Tourism spokesperson said the city welcomes collaborations that support its trademarks.
