Danube Properties announced the launch of Shahrukhz Residences by Danube, a fully furnished waterfront residential tower in Dubai Maritime City, according to Gulf News.
The development, billed as the world’s first celebrity‑named residential tower, will start at Dh1.65 million per unit with a payment schedule of 30 % during construction and the remaining 70 % on handover.
Interior designer Gauri Khan, the actor’s wife, has designed the penthouses, while the tower will host more than 40 lifestyle amenities, including a Longevity Lounge offering cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red‑light therapy and an infrared sauna. Additional features comprise aqua‑themed play areas, sports facilities, a kids’ daycare, cycling and jogging tracks, and a rooftop King’s Club with private yacht access.
Shah Rukh Khan said he was delighted to partner again with Rizwan Sajan, adding that Gauri’s involvement makes the project “even more special.” Rizwan Sajan, founder and chairman of the Danube Group, described the tower as a “vision to create an address that people will aspire to own and remember for generations.”
