Sean “Diddy” Combs is scheduled to be released from the low‑security federal prison FCI Fort Dix on Jan. 21 2028, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons database. The 56‑year‑old music mogul, sentenced to 50 months in October 2025 for transporting prostitutes, has faced new reports of a privileged prison lifestyle.

Four unnamed inmates told NBC that Combs pays men to prepare meals such as curry chicken, pizza and empanadas, and that he receives Chinese‑style massages. One inmate said, “This is not some normal s— you see in jail. This is some rich s—. It looks crazy, but again, it’s Diddy.” The same source claimed Combs uses a contraband phone to scroll Instagram and view explicit content, and that he purchases the antidepressant Remeron from other inmates. Another inmate said he drank Hennessy with Combs, alleging a stash of liquor smuggled in by guards.

A spokesperson for Combs dismissed the focus on prison details, saying the only news is that he continues to serve his sentence and awaits a court decision on his appeal. An FCI Fort Dix spokesperson declined to comment on confinement conditions, noting that contraband, including cell phones, remains a constant challenge.
