Federal Bureau of Prisons records viewed by Page Six indicate that Sean “Diddy” Combs will be released from FCI Fort Dix on Jan. 21, 2028, moving the date up from the previously set June 2028.
The outlet notes that earlier this month the date had been listed as Feb. 5, 2028, and before that it had shifted several times, most recently from Feb. 23, 2028 to Jan. 24, 2028 after an inmate altercation. The rapper was convicted in July 2025 on two counts of transportation for prostitution but was acquitted of two sex‑trafficking charges and a racketeering conspiracy.
According to TMZ, the July 2025 conviction was followed by a summer brawl with another inmate, after which Combs spent time in solitary confinement before being returned to the general population.
