The new rule, coordinated with the Foreign and Human Resources ministries, aims to improve residents' quality of life.

Saudi Arabia announced on Tuesday that highly skilled foreign workers can now bring eligible family members to the Kingdom while their work visas are still being processed, the Interior Ministry said.

The measure, developed with the Foreign Ministry and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, allows qualifying employees to obtain entry visas for spouses, sons under 25 and unmarried daughters at the same time as the employment visa, provided all requirements are met.

Under the new rules, workers no longer need to finish their own visa procedures before starting family reunification. Once family members arrive, their residence permits will be issued in line with existing laws and regulations.
