Number_i tops Japan Hot 100 with REBON and DIGITAL GIRL

Billboard Japan reported on September 30 that Number_i’s track “REBON” entered the Japan Hot 100 at No. 1, while the single’s “DIGITAL GIRL” opened at No. 2.
Both songs are part of the group’s fourth single, “REBON / BUGS LIFE / DIGITAL GIRL,” their first release on Atlantic Records. “REBON” moved 304,863 physical copies to lead sales and topped the download chart with 32,268 units. “DIGITAL GIRL” led radio airplay, placed second in downloads and secured the No. 2 spot overall.
The achievement marks Number_i’s seventh No. 1 on the Japan Hot 100. The third track from the same release, “BUGS LIFE,” climbed from No. 41 to No. 25, ensuring all three songs appear on the chart simultaneously.
Other movements on the chart included EBiDAN’s “Yes! Tokyo” falling to No. 3, M!LK’s “Sukisugite Metsu!” rising to No. 4, and SixTONES’ “My Only” at No. 9.
