Francis Ford Coppola’s 2024 film Megalopolis is set for a second U.S. re‑release on Saturday, October 24, according to Gizmodo, which cites Deadline. The screenings will be held at cinemas owned by Reading International Inc. across the United States.

After the film, audiences can join a livestreamed Q&A with Coppola and his son Roman, who served as the film’s second‑unit director. Attendees may also receive hard‑copy letters written by Coppola the elder. Viewers can text questions before, during or after the showing, and the best ones will be answered live.

The movie, originally plagued by development delays and mixed critical reception, follows architect Cesar Catilina (Adam Driver) as he attempts to build a utopian city called New Rome, while battling mayor Franklyn Cicero (Giancarlo Esposito) and falling in love with Cicero’s daughter Julia (Nathalie Emmanuel). Critics were divided at release, and audiences were limited, but the film will continue to appear periodically in theaters, including on New Year’s Day.
