MacPaw announced the commercial launch of Leebry, an AI‑driven work platform designed to help IT teams automate level‑1 support, provision access, and answer employee queries while linking each response to its original source. The rollout follows a 2025 internal hackathon project that reduced the company’s own level‑1 tickets by 30%.
According to MacPaw’s 2026 AI at Work report, 90% of companies deploy AI tools without first auditing internal knowledge bases, leading to answers drawn from outdated documents, policies, or even Reddit threads. The same survey found that six in ten IT leaders see a gap between C‑suite expectations for AI and what their teams can safely deliver.
Leebry addresses those issues by surfacing answers from existing documentation, intranets, Slack threads, and other tools, and by attaching a link to the source for each response. The platform also automates routine ticket actions such as granting or revoking access when employees change roles or leave the organization.
Bradley Chambers, an Apple IT administrator featured in the Apple @ Work series, highlighted the challenges of deploying Apple devices at scale and noted that trustworthy AI could ease the burden on IT staff. While Chambers is not a Leebry spokesperson, his experience underscores the need for reliable internal AI solutions.
MacPaw’s founder, who has spent nearly two decades building consumer Mac utilities like CleanMyMac, said the company sees Leebry as a way to close the trust gap identified in its survey. The platform’s ability to point users to the exact source of an answer is intended to reduce reliance on guesswork and improve compliance.
Leebry is now available to enterprises seeking to streamline support workflows and increase confidence in AI‑generated information. MacPaw plans to integrate the service with existing IT management stacks and expand its capabilities based on early customer feedback.
