Kolte‑Patil Developers Ltd announced on Tuesday that its sales bookings for the July‑September quarter rose 52 per cent year‑on‑year to a record Rs 1,019 crore, according to a regulatory filing.
The company’s bookings in the same quarter of the previous fiscal were Rs 670 crore. For the first half of FY 2026‑27, total bookings reached Rs 1,636 crore, a 27 per cent increase from Rs 1,286 crore a year earlier.
Chief Executive Officer Hrishikesh Parandekar said the strong performance reflected “the resilience of our business” and highlighted robust sales in new projects as well as continued demand across existing ones, despite a near‑term softening in the broader market, particularly in Pune.
Parandekar added that long‑term fundamentals such as urbanisation, rising aspirations and a preference for quality housing remain favourable for India’s residential real‑estate sector. Blackstone holds a 40 per cent stake in the firm.
