Keeta celebrates one year in UAE, reports millions of orders and local growth

Keeta, the international on‑demand food‑delivery service run by Meituan, marked its first anniversary in the UAE on 28 September. The company said it launched in Dubai in September 2025 and reached all seven emirates within 90 days, partnering with more than 10,000 restaurant and merchant brands across the country.

During its first year, Keeta reportedly served millions of customers and completed tens of millions of orders, with delivery partners covering about 200 million kilometres. The platform has focused on localisation, offering a founding vendor programme with zero set‑up costs and a UAE edition of the Programme ABAAD to help Emirati‑owned food and beverage SMEs grow digitally.

Keeta also invested in rider safety and well‑being, creating air‑conditioned hubs and rider support spaces, and launched the KeeShare initiative during Ramadan to allow customers to add an extra meal for delivery partners.
