Pop singer‑songwriter Jae Stephens released her debut studio album Audacity on Sept. 25 through Def Jam and Issa Rae’s Raedio imprint, Billboard reported.
The 11‑track set blends rhythmic pop, mid‑tempo reflections and hip‑hop‑meets‑hyperpop moments, with contributions from producers Dallas Caton, MNEK and PinkPantheress. Stephens, 29, said she writes “if it slaps” and often revisits songs weeks later to confirm their truthfulness.
Earlier placements include Jennifer Lopez’s 2024 single “Rebound,” Ne‑Yo’s 2022 track “What If,” and Jihyo of TWICE’s 2023 song “Closer.” Stephens follows her 2024 compilation Total Sellout and is slated for a support stint on Khalid’s upcoming European tour.
