Manish Ojha, the childhood coach of 15‑year‑old opener Vaibhav Suryavanshi, told Sports Now that the Indian team management is "practicing a kind of dictatorship" after Suryavanshi has been omitted from the first three matches of the India‑West Indies T20 series.

Ojha said the management keeps players on the bench instead of giving them opportunities, adding that Suryavanshi has even been asked to serve drinks. He suggested the decision-makers have already decided the youngster will not play.

India leads the five‑match series 2‑1 ahead of the fourth T20 in Hyderabad, while senior wicket‑keeper Sanju Samson has been shuffled between opening and No 3 positions throughout the tour.
