Heidi Klum posted a new Instagram video on Wednesday showing fungus‑like prosthetic pieces and hinted that her upcoming Halloween costume will be "bloody," according to Gulf News.

The countdown began on October 24 with a close‑up of what appeared to be an array of human organs. On Tuesday she shared another clip captioned "4 more days" featuring the new prosthetics and the hashtag #HeidiHalloween. The latest Wednesday post added a shushing emoji, the question "Have u figured it out yet?? Only time will tell," and a reminder that three days remain until the reveal.

Fans have flooded the comment section with theories ranging from characters such as Monstro Elisasue from *The Substance*, a Clicker from *The Last of Us*, Vecna from *Stranger Things*, to a Resident Evil monster. Other suggestions include a coral‑reef theme, the cursed sea‑creature crew of the Flying Dutchman, and more anatomical guesses like "internal organs" or "inside of a stomach."

Special‑effects makeup artist Mike Marino, who has worked with Klum on previous costumes, told NBC’s Hollywood ReelTime that this year’s creation is "one of the most elaborate costumes ever made." He added that the work is "so difficult to do and just the complication of it is really challenging," noting the extensive effort behind the look.

Klum’s Halloween history includes past personas such as a slinky worm, a skin‑baring zombie, Fiona from *Shrek*, and a Medusa costume with snakes. She often collaborates with her husband, Tom Kaulitz, on joint costumes, though no details about this year’s partner look have been disclosed.
