Fusion CX aims to boost AI services share to 25% of turnover
The Kolkata‑based CX firm expects AI‑enabled services and data infrastructure to drive growth, targeting a quarter of total turnover.

Kolkata‑based customer‑experience firm Fusion CX announced plans to increase the share of AI‑enabled services and data infrastructure from the current 10% to 25% of total turnover within the next 12‑18 months, according to a senior official on Saturday.
What happened
The company reported a total turnover of Rs 1,818.13 crore for the 2025‑26 fiscal year. Co‑founder and managing director Kishore Saraogi said the firm has pivoted toward technology over the past five years, embedding AI into its operations and positioning the segment as a key growth pillar.
What the reports add
Saraogi highlighted that global investment in AI data infrastructure has created a gap in the data needed for AI models, which Fusion CX is addressing. The firm’s AI data infrastructure business includes labeling image and video data and supporting robotics companies with remote tele‑operation and fleet monitoring.
What was said
“There is a lot of investment that has gone into AI data infrastructure globally… setting up physical infrastructure and on LLMs. However, there is a huge gap when it comes to data that is required for AI models to work. That is the segment we have been working on,”
Saraogi told PTI, as reported by News18.
How it came about
Fusion CX, which has grown at a compound annual growth rate of close to 28% over the last three years, aims to sustain momentum through organic growth, acquisitions and AI‑enabled services. The company said it passes on 60‑70% of AI‑driven savings to its clients and that demand for roles such as annotators, AI trainers and human‑in‑the‑loop reviewers is rising across North America, Europe and Asia.
