DiamondAir has opened a private lounge a few minutes from Heathrow Airport, offering a full range of services for a £340 fee. The lounge, which will open on 1 October, is described by the company as a "remote check‑in space" that extends the airport experience beyond the terminal. Travellers can have their luggage pre‑collected and transported through the airport baggage system, and a private chauffeur can take them to the lounge and back to the terminal.

Inside the 30‑seat space, guests can enjoy champagne, a la carte dining and a meet‑and‑assist service. The lounge offers free‑flowing Veuve Clicquot, a selection of wines, cocktails and soft drinks, as well as a coffee machine. Breakfast includes Oak Smoked Salmon Blinis, DiamondAir French Toast and a signature Bloody Mary Tray, while lunch features an En Route Club Sandwich, a Baby Gem & Walnut Salad and lounge snacks. Guests can also opt for treatments at the KarmAir wellness spa.

According to DiamondAir, the lounge is not located inside the airport but a short drive away. From the lounge, the company coordinates the entire journey to the terminal and aircraft, including an electric buggy for booking. The service is priced at £195 per person for lounge access and £145 per person for meet‑and‑assist, with a private chauffeur from central London costing around £150.

Christina Lawford, founder and CEO of DiamondAir, said the lounge was conceived from the company’s 30‑year experience looking after travellers in airports. "We understand where the pressure points are, and how much of the airport journey can be taken out of the passenger's hands," she told the Daily Mail. "We wanted to create a boutique space away from the crowds where the journey star.
