Tottenham midfielder Destiny Udogie sustained a knee problem after playing 70 minutes in a 1‑1 draw at Old Trafford, manager Antonio De Zerbi said to Sky Sports. The 23‑year‑old had featured in four of Spurs' six Premier League games this season and now faces a spell on the sidelines.

De Zerbi announced changes for the next fixture against Coventry, giving James Maddison his first competitive start since April 2025 and fielding Tosin Adarabioyo in his Premier League debut. Archie Gray starts in midfield, while Luca Williams‑Barnett and Callum Olusesi remain on the bench. Dejan Kulusevski, who has been out for over 500 days with a patella injury, is also listed among the substitutes, and suspended Rodrigo Bentancur remains unavailable.
