Christina Aguilera, 45, attended MISTR’s 2nd Annual National PrEP Day at The Abbey in West Hollywood on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026, wearing a black sheer leather ensemble, according to the New York Post.
The outfit combined a sleeveless mesh minidress over black lingerie, cross‑stitched detailing, fishnet stockings and lace‑up thigh‑high boots, complemented by a messy platinum‑blonde hairstyle, understated jewellery and smouldering makeup.
Aguilera was among several celebrities, including Chappell Roan, Demi Lovato, Kesha and Charli XCX, who gathered to raise awareness of HIV prevention and access to PrEP medication.
