Titans wide receiver Carnell Tate opens up on winless start

Tate says the team must each do their part as the Titans seek their first win against the Colts.

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Carnell Tate told ESPN reporter Turron Davenport that the team's 0‑5 start this season is "rough" and unlike anything he has experienced, according to Bleacher Report.

Tate, a former Ohio State national champion, said he is staying focused on "what I can control" and urged each player to do their "1/11th" to turn the season around.

The Titans, alongside the Miami Dolphins and Los Angeles Chargers, have the league's lowest scoring average at 11.6 points per game. Their low point came Sunday with a 26‑3 loss to the Houston Texans, who out‑gained them 329‑187.

Quarterback Cam Ward recently discussed a meeting with head coach Robert Saleh, and the Titans hope to snap the streak when they travel to Indianapolis to face the Colts.
