British Columbians who have not yet voted in the provincial general election have a final opportunity on Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026, to help decide the next provincial government and premier, Daily Hive reported.
Elections BC’s preliminary data show 891,348 people voted at advance‑polling sites between Oct. 16 and Oct. 21, about 11 % fewer than the 1,002,004 advance voters in 2024. Today’s main voting day runs from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at polling stations across the province’s 93 ridings.
Voters can check locations with Elections BC’s Where to Vote tool; the assigned polling place is printed on a mailed card, though any provincial polling station may be used. Identification such as a BC driver’s licence, BC ID card, or two documents showing name and address is required, or a voter may be vouched for by an eligible person.
Mail‑in ballot packages must be delivered to Elections BC by 8 p.m. today, either at a polling place or district electoral office. Those who requested a mail‑in ballot but have not returned it may vote in person. Daily Hive will provide election‑night coverage.
