Arif Developments was honoured with the Excellence in CSR Award at the AES Achievers Summit & Honours 2026, Gulf News reported. The accolade recognises the company’s Ramadan iftar programme that served more than 10,000 blue‑collar workers across the UAE earlier this year.
The initiative, organised to thank construction and infrastructure workers, combined volunteers, team members and participants from diverse backgrounds. By distributing iftar meals, Arif Developments aimed to promote generosity, togetherness and compassion associated with the holy month.
"We are deeply honoured to receive the Excellence in CSR Award," said Arif Abdul Latif, Chairman and Founder of Arif Developments. He added that corporate social responsibility is "not about recognition or a single initiative" but about respecting the people behind every successful business, according to Gulf News.
The award ceremony highlighted inclusion, featuring performances by children who are People of Determination and entrepreneurs from the same community. The event also underscored the company’s broader development strategy, noting the progress of Kabbali Hills, its flagship luxury villa community in Ajman, which continues to advance as part of Arif Developments’ expanding property portfolio.
