WWE star Penta Ortiz announced a possible World Heavyweight Championship rematch with Roman Reigns after winning the men’s Money in the Bank ladder match on Saturday.

In the MITB match, Ortiz defeated CM Punk, Je'Von Evans, Kevin Owens, Trick Williams and Bron Breakker to claim the briefcase. During a post‑event interview with Megan Morant and Sam Roberts, he was asked about challenging Reigns again. Ortiz replied, "Why not? But, as I mentioned before, when Penta decides when and where, you know? Now, I relax for a little bit, and later I start to study my opponents. But for now, I am going to enjoy this," indicating he will take time before deciding when to cash in.

The veteran previously challenged Reigns for the World Heavyweight title on WWE RAW in Mexico City last month, losing that encounter. Earlier, Ortiz earned his MITB spot by winning a qualifier in San Antonio after Solo Sikoa was removed from the lineup, as reported on September 22.

WWE legend William Regal praised Reigns after his recent defense against Ortiz, urging younger talent to study Reigns’ facial expressions and body language during the bout. Meanwhile, Rey Fenix, who lost to Ortiz in a separate tournament final, is set to face Chad Gable for the Intercontinental Championship on RAW tonight.
