‘MobLand’ actor Mandeep Dhillon has begun production on a self‑written short drama titled “The Things I Want to Do to You,” Variety reported on Oct. 20. The film, directed by BAFTA‑nominee Lynette Linton, also stars Golda Rosheuvel of “Bridgerton” and Scott Karim from “The Game.” It is produced by Katie Glaister for Dhillon’s new banner Hazy Plant Pictures Ltd., the company’s first project.
The psychological drama explores rage, revenge, trauma and the complexities of seeking justice, following a woman confronting the aftermath of a personal violation through provocative fantasies. Dhillon said the story gives voice to “unspoken emotions” women carry in silence. Additional cast includes Arabella Coombes, Eisa Latif and Saher Shah, with filming taking place in the United Kingdom.
