Holdout juror’s lawyers plan bar complaint against defense attorney Kevin Reddington
Michael Desronvil’s counsel says they will seek a disciplinary probe of Kevin Reddington for singling out the lone holdout juror.

Attorneys for Michael Desronvil, the sole juror who voted for conviction in the Lindsay Clancy triple‑murder trial, announced plans to file a bar complaint against the defendant’s lawyer, Kevin Reddington, according to the New York Post.
Desronvil’s lawyers allege that Reddington attempted to isolate their client by requesting a judicial inquiry into Desronvil’s questionnaire answers and alleged cell‑phone use during deliberations. The complaint would ask the state bar to examine whether Reddington’s actions violated professional conduct rules.
Reddington, 75, previously asked a judge to investigate Desronvil for possible misconduct and has denied any wrongdoing, telling the court he is “tired of hearing about me persecuting people.”
Prosecutors have also moved to impose a gag order on Reddington after his public comments about the juror, with a hearing set for Nov. 2. The case follows a mistrial declared on Sept. 4 when the jury deadlocked 11‑1, leaving the trial unresolved.
