The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) announced the addition of My Studio, an AI‑powered workspace available via its CCL Passport platform. The tool converts brief organizational needs into structured leadership program outlines and supporting content, which teams can then review and customize.
My Studio Designer produces initial program structures, while My Studio Evaluator automatically creates surveys, analyses participant feedback and suggests improvements for future sessions. CCL says the approach reduces the time spent preparing materials and analyzing results, allowing HR and learning teams to focus on aligning programs with workplace priorities.
The rollout aims to strengthen CCL’s existing Passport offering and help organizations deliver consistent, scalable leadership development across teams.
